For this purpose, RE/MAX will process data, like your full name and maybe your evaluations and scores about its training program that you attended. Furthermore, this data may be processed by RE/MAX’s external partners (IT providers, advertising company). The data will be reserved in the company’s records during the whole term of the contract until you revoke freely your consent, without any retroactive effects. In this case, RE/MAX will make its best efforts to avoid using it in the future. However, this data may be using in material that it has already been put into circulation before the withdrawal of your consent. Your data will be using for the above purposes and the company will not owe any compensation for this use.
